- 1/2lb bag White Quinoa
- 1lb Tempeh
- 4-6oz Tomato Paste & Sauce
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tsp Garlic
- 1/2 Tbs Ginger
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Orange Bell Pepper
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1-2 Carrots
- 1/2c Sweet Peas
- 3-4cups Water
- Veggie Bullion (stock)
- Secret StellaZone Spice
